Fi Asia China (FiAC) has been serving the Chinese market for over 10 years. In 2010, the first Hi Ni China took place in Shanghai, responding to the food industry''s growing interest in the application of health and natural ingredients to improve product quality and consumer health.
In 2011, FiA Hi Ni China returns to Shanghai in conjunction with CPhI China and Nutraceuticals Products China. This is the biggest exhibition in China focusing on the foods, drinks, functional foods, nutraceuticals and the pharmaceutical industries. The trade show attracts more than 2,000 exhibitors and 42,000 visitors from 102 countries.
2011''s exhibition offers a variety of technical seminars, product showcases, innovation tours and educational conference, like IUFoST''s (International Union of Food Technologists) high level conference especially created for the event.
