Organized by Messe Frankfurt GmbH and Guangzhou Guangya Messe Frankfurt Co Ltd, the 2008 Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition and Electrical Building Technology Guangzhou (12th session) is the largest in Asia and second largest in the world only next to "Light+building" held in Frankfurt.
Electrical Building Technology Guangzhou held alongside the Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition, covering 82,000 sqm, to assist buyers sourcing from both product sectors, the fair attracted over 45,017 visitors from 98 countries (2007), including 9,994 overseas buyers (22% of the total visitors), and over 1,229 exhibitors coming from 21 countries or regions (2007).
